Please show your Support for the MWF by purchasing and promoting our new t-shirts thru your local clubs.  Wear your new tee shirt to any participating local show and you have a chance to win a prize.  We are asking local clubs to support the MWF by giving a few prizes to people that wear the MWF t-shirt to their show.  Everyone benefits! MWF gets advertising and recognition and customers can win prizes.

Individual Order forms for your club members are attached   Copies of the Artwork and additional order forms are available at the convention or on our MWF website.  

When you have tallied all your order forms, we ask that you send 1 master sheet stating the total number of shirts in each size and total amount of payment 

We will not accept individual order forms. 

We will need the:

o       club name, 

o       complete address the shirts can be shipped to.

o         contact persons name, phone, email

o        Signed check with payment in full for your order

o        Also, let us know if we can add your show and club name to the list of 

         participating shows handing out a few free prizes.  Don’t forget the show dates

         as well! 

Orders with payments are due by October 14, 2023, with a 

tentative delivery date of mid-November
